HOW TO DO A PEDICURE
1.Remove old nail polish.
2.Soak your feet in warm water
for ten minutes.
3.Use cuticle remover to remove
excess skin.
4.Apply nail oil.
5.Clean your nails and buff them.
6.To exfoliate your nails, Scrub the base
of your feet with a foot file.
7.Remove old skin cells with an exfoliating
lotion it is similar to a facial scrub lotion.
8.Rinse your feet.
9.Apply oil and massage for ten minutes.
10. Remove excess oil from the nails to allow the nails polish to stick.

HOW TO DO A MANICURE.
1.Remove old nail colour using nail polish
remover.
2.Trim and file your nails into shape.
3.Dub on cuticle softener and rub.
4.Place your fingers in soapy water for
five minutes and reapply softener.
5.Push back the cuticles and clean the nails.
6.Use a cuticle cutter to remove the edges.
7.Buff and file nails.
8.Apply cuticle cream if nails are dry.

HOW TO APPLY NAIL COLOURING
1.Apply a base coat
2.Apply the nail polish of you choice in two coats.
3.Remove excess nail polish using a stick that has cotton wool around it.
4.You can also add decorative nail art.
5.Apply top coat for protection.
6.Apply oil around the nail.
